The sale runs on a standard contract with the deposit held in escrow. Funds, title transfer and lien releases are handled correctly so you are paid cleanly and on time.

Clear title and paperwork

Any mortgage or lien must be discharged and clean title passed. On larger yachts a maritime lawyer manages the documentation, flag and registration transfer.

A clean handover ends your exposure

A proper handover — keys, manuals, records, and a signed bill of sale — transfers the yacht and closes your responsibility. We manage it end to end so the sale is truly done.
