The main salon provides a welcome respite from the elements. Beautifully laid out with a large comfortable dinette to port (with drop down table and in-fill cushions) and the optional galley up layout to starboard, it provides seamless interaction between the helm area through the salon and out to the cockpit. One step up from the salon is the lower helm area to starboard with two helm chairs, and a wonderful L-shaped sofa to port providing forward facing seating while underway and good interaction with the helm area.

Ample storage throughout, a pop up tv to starboard, manual opening windows port and starboard, handrails, and beautiful custom blinds provide nice touches throughout the salon area. ?

The optional galley up layout on this boat offers wonderful flow and integration throughout the boat. The upper galley is in addition to a large pantry with additional refrigeration on the lower level, so unlike most boats in her class with an upper galley, there is no compromise for storage or refrigeration space aboard.

Solid surface counters provide beautiful contrast and ease of maintenance. Upstairs galley includes a refrigerator, integrated sink, stove and convection microwave oven, and storage for galley essentials along with custom Fairline glassware. Large windows surrounding the galley make for a lovely place to prepare meals.

The lower pantry area includes a tall floor to ceiling refrigerator with separate freezer which automatically changes over from AC to DC power as needed. A large counter surface provides an ideal place for food preparation or extra galley equipment. Vast storage cabinets and lockers abound for pantry storage. This is also a wonderful feature allowing access to drinks, or coffee from the staterooms without having to go up to the salon for a midnight snack.

Accessed via a few stairs down and aft, the full beam owner?s cabin offers standing headroom for 6?+ a large queen sized berth and drawer storage on both outboard sides of the cabin under the beautiful hull windows (with opening portholes). Beautiful design touches, tall hanging storage, LED ambient lighting and access to the ensuite head round out the luxurious Owner?s suite. ?

The laundry machine is located nearby the Owner?s cabin for ease of access.

The Owner?s ensuite head is privately accessible and offers everything you would expect from a luxury motoryacht like the Fairline Squadron 50. Full standing height shower, beautiful lighting and mirrors, ample storage, luxurious materials and hardware, and an opening porthole. Fairline bath linens supplied as well.

Flexibility is key in a boat of this size, and the forward cabin is a perfect use of space. The bed itself is a scissor style berth allowing it to be separated into two twins or brought together as a queen. When open, the stateroom benefits from an enormous floor space for dressing or as a kids play area, and it makes the beds very easy to make.

The guest head is ensuite and accessed from the forward cabin as well as from the bunk room. A full standing height shower, beautifully appointed vanity and tasteful lighting and fixtures complement the space. As you would expect there is an extractor fan but also an opening portlight. The boat is also equipped with Fairline bath linens.

This boat is equipped with the optional 3rd cabin with over/under bunks in lieu of a lower dinette. A popular option offering sleeping accommodation flexibility, but also a wonderful storage area near the lower pantry.

Located to starboard on the main deck, the helm includes two bucket seats with storage underneath. A full suite of Garmin electronics including 12? Garmin Chart Plotter with integrated Radar and cameras, Garmin GMI20 MFD, Garmin VHF with intercom to flybridge helm along with Volvo IPS instrumentation and controls. A single piece glass windshield with wipers and opening windows port and starboard complete the lower helm area.

The flybridge is spacious with dining, lounging accommodation and a wetbar with sink, icemaker, grill, and refrigerator. Covered with a large folding bimini. Optionally equipped with a GRP table to reduce maintenance on the outdoor furnishings. All covers are included as well. A full suite of Volvo IPS instrumentation and controls and Garmin electronics including 12? Garmin Chart Plotter with integrated Radar and cameras, Garmin GMI20 MFD, Garmin VHF with intercom to lower helm.

Full walkaround decks with beautiful deck hardware and railings. On the bow you will find the electric windlass with chain counter, foot controls, solid cleats, and a bow sun pad with folding recline and a canvas cover.

The aft cockpit is a wonderful lounge space with a built in sofa with storage below, teak decking and a stowable teak table that affords dining as well as a large open deck when desired. Wing gates provide security for children or pets from going down the swim platform. A seamless transition to the main salon with telescoping doors gives a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel. Included as well is a full cockpit canvas enclosure for when it gets wet or cold outside.

The hydraulic swim platform is equipped to hold a 400kg (880lbs) tender (a new Williams Turbojet 285 is included with the sale).

Accessed from either the center of the cockpit or a larger entrance on the port side of the cockpit, the machinery space houses the majority of the electrical and mechanical components of the vessel. Both Volvo Penta IPS650 engines are easily accessible from all sides. Jackshafts connect to the POD drives also located in the machinery space.

Fuel manifolds, fire suppression, battery banks, charging components, HVAC, and generator are all located in this space with excellent accessibility and great lighting. Housed in this area are the heavy duty distribution panel and the manual isolator switches. A separate switch panel is located in the lower cabin for most domestic items.
