Cockpit

The cockpit of the 40 Cabo Express BIG HIT is all business!  Whether fishing, diving or cocktail cruising she has it all.  Her 15'9" beam is very evident and there are tons of room to work and maneuver.  One of the largest design element changes on the new 40 Cabo is the Mezzanine seating.  Whether fishing or cocktail cruising it gives you a comfortable perch right in the middle of all the action.  BIG HIT has custom matching blue grey coming bolsters and mezz seat cushions for some classy color.  Additional cockpit features include.......

Helm Deck

Two small steps up from the cockpit brings you to the climate-controlled helm deck.  The current and original owner updated all AC units on board and upgraded the helm deck to (2) 16,000 BTU AC units.   She is very comfortably appointed and offers great seating and views of all the action.  There is an L shaped seating area to port with custom blue and grey cushions.  Across to stbd is a tackle storage center and refrigerator with a flat top.  This spot is good for a great many things.  I have seen it used as a bar, hors de orves serving, tackle and gear placement. Currently she is outfitted with a custom matching cushion and utilized as a nice, elevated seat. Additional helm deck highlights include.......

Lower Accommodations:

Just to starboard of the centerline helm is a door that slides open to access the lower accommodations.  Three steps down brings you in the salon/galley area.  The Cabo interior finish is clean, simple, and like the rest of the vessel, best in class.  The new 40 offers a much more modern interior than the dated older 40's did from the mid-2000s. Light grey and white interior colors combined with darker wood flooring and a walnut tone on the woodwork makes for a stunning yet simple interior.

To Starboard is the L shaped ultra-leather sofa with high gloss teak table.  This table is removable and then the sofa transforms into a pull-out bed. Also, to stbd aft is a large storage pantry.

To port is the galley and aft is a full head.   Features include.......

Engine Room:
