WALKTHROUGH

Starting in the cockpit there is an aft L-settee with storage below, aft-facing seating to port forward with U-Line icemaker in an outboard locker. To starboard forward is a wet bar with Isotherm refrigerator. The custom cockpit awning has an easy stow away position and is designed to stay up when running at speed.

Moving inside, a large comfortable settee with teak bi-fold table is to port. This table is built to be stable underway but also movable to place in desired locations (salon or cockpit areas). To starboard is the galley featuring deep stainless-steel sink, electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer drawers and plentiful storage.

Her helm station features a custom designed bench helmseat and a properly appointed and engineered panel for full engine instrumentation, gauges and Garmin electronics. 

The starboard, port and aft to port windows are GB's power windows, by the simple push of a button to give a totally open feel from inside to outside and provide flow-through ventilation along with a pass-thru to her cockpit.

The spacious master stateroom is forward with a very comfortable, low profile queen berth with storage below, hanging lockers to both port and starboard, plentiful storage and natural light through opening ports and hatch above. This master has a private en suite head with separate stall shower. The guest stateroom is aft and to port and features twin side-by-side single berths. The guest/day head with separate stall shower is located just forward of the guest stateroom. Starboard of the companionway is the third stateroom/utility room with single berth, combo LG washer/dryer, and storage cabinets. Some owners use this entire space for storage when not in use by guests. There is also a great deal of storage available in and around the engine room area.

This EB44 is powered by twin low 445-hour Volvo IPS 600's with joystick control and DPS for optimum easy handling, maneuverability, quietness and performance. Her exterior features full walkaround side decks, proper stainless-steel bow rails, grab rails, non-skid side decks, teak cockpit, Freedom hydraulic tender lift, and 2021 center console tender and much more! Northeast kept since new in climate-controlled inside storage and kept in immaculate condition!

Hull & superstructure are built using the latest technology in composite boat construction. E-Glass, Corcell® and Airex® foam, Duflex paneling, stitched multi-axial fabric, vinylester and epoxy resins are used to produce an extremely strong and lightweight hull.
