Cape Cod II is an exceptional example of the Cantiere Delle Marche 102 Darwin Class delivered in 2019. The Darwin Class is an icon in the Explorer Yacht's world. She demonstrates the cruising evidence of how true to reality is CdM's reputation for sturdy, reliable, seaworthy and low fuel consuming vessels.

The interior design has been masterfully penned by Francesco Guida, who has years of knowledge and experience in the luxury yacht sector, both in design and engineering, having collaborated for the last twenty-five years with many of the best industry brands. The result is a contemporary and stylish interior in which a neutral and pale oak veneered wood is embellished with materials of different shape and brightness: deco-metal panels, stainless steel rods, white glossy ceiling and textured fabrics.

Cape Cod II features five staterooms, with the Owner's cabin in a privileged position forward on the main deck, one of few CdM 102's to offer this. All guest spaces, including two wide saloons, have a minimum floor-to-ceiling height of 2.10m.

With 102' in LOA and 246 GT, Cape Cod II offers plenty of volume for the comfort of both guest and crew. Likewise, the exterior areas are generous and flexible in their use. The main deck cockpit can be fully enclosed and air conditioned, so that food can be served either in cold climates or in warm ones. A second and more formal dining possibility is offered on the upper deck where a big round table can seat up to 10 people. Those who love to sunbathe and lazily relax can choose to lie in the sunbed area on the foredeck or join family and friends on the lovely sundeck. Here they can find a second sunbed area, a custom-built pool with bar, an open galley with BBQ, not to mention two tables and seating for all: the perfect set up to gather a large group of people, chatting and cheering while the Owner can captain his boat from the forward helm station.

Active Owners and intrepid guests can benefit from the large lazarette which has been fitted to accommodate water toys, diving and fishing gear. Drawing on the Shipyard's experience of customising all kinds of spaces, the 26'sq area has been wisely engineered to safely store all sorts of equipment. Preferred cruising spots can be reached quickly and in comfort thanks to a Williams 565 tender that can be launched through a 2-ton crane.

The Darwin Class 102 offers exceptional cruising capabilities, with consumption of just 60 litres per hour at 10 knots cruising speed and deliver at this pace a range of 4,500 nautical miles. Cape Cod II has only been used privately, despite being built to LY3 commercial compliance. Most recently, she completed her 5-year class survey in 2024 along with a thorough technical overhaul.
