The MCY 105 is the flagship of Monte Carlo Yachts' relentless pursuit of elegance, volume, and performance. The 105 stands as a bold testament to the vision of the renowned design studio of Nuvolari & Lenard, who have shaped a yacht that is both unmistakably masculine and uniquely refined.

With its assertive profile, the M exudes presence- her steel-grey hull, accented with large windows and sleek lines rises proudly from the water, complemented by an expansive carbon fiber T-top that defines the flybridge. From a distance or dockside, her silhouette is powerful, iconic, and impossible to ignore.

M was purchased by the current owner in December 2023. Over a seven month period the owner replaced all of the interior and exterior soft goods, a few pieces of interior and exterior furniture, all of the artwork and all of the audio video equipment. It was at this same time that the main engines were overhauled and zeroed out and a brand new black water MSD system was installed. The M is in true turn-key condition. 

Unlike other yachts in this class the MCY 105 is crafted with monocoque structure and extensively built using Kevlar and carbon fiber. The MCY 105 achieves an impressive 15% weight savings over conventional construction. This results in increased efficiency, performance and interior volume- bringing superyacht comfort to a yacht under 32 meters.

At the heart of her outdoor experience lies an expansive 70-square-meter flybridge, sheltered by a retractable 6-meter carbon fiber T-top. This space is more than just open air, it has three distict zones- a formal dining setup with a large round table for up to 12 guests with a galley/bbq a few steps away, a covered seating area with four chairs, and all the way aft there is another area with a sofa and sunloungers. It's a true upper-deck retreat, perfect for entertaining under the sun or stars.

Forward, the Portuguese bridge leads to a thoughtfully designed foredeck lounge that is ideal for escaping from a busy aft deck. With a large sofa, jacuzzi, twin sunpads and a theatre that can be set up for watching movies, this elevated space invites serenity and sea views in complete privacy.

Inside, the MCY 105 doesn't shout, it whispers luxury. The use of hand-finished teak and oak in soft, natural shades evolves a sense of calm. The palette is rich yet restrained, creating an ambiance that's both welcoming and sophisticated.
A particularly innovative layout decision is the relocation of the galley to the lower deck, freeing up the main deck for expansive lounging and dining areas. The full-beam owner's suite, accessed via a private starboard passageway, is a two-level retreat that feels more like a boutique apartment than a stateroom.

All the way aft you find a garage that currently holds a 2024 AB Jet 390 XP tender and a seadoo. The garage can also accommodate a larger 4.5m Williams tender if a larger tender is preferred. A few steps down from the garage is one of the largest retractable swim platforms you will find on a 105'.
