Overview
SERENITE a Princess 72, is a spacious, seaworthy and luxurious yacht built in 2014.hull no 15 SERENITE has several additions to her specification, which were chosen to maximize comfort and redundancy when cruising in Asia. As guests step aboard the yacht, they walk from the cockpit through the large, sliding stainless steel and glass doors and enter the comfortable main salon. Large leather sofas face each other to port and starboard with the TV on an electric lifter behind the portside sofa. A small wine fridge is located at the cockpit door, with a further bar fridge found in the tableware cabinet opposite the galley. A separate dining area is forward portside, opposite the galley and main helm when indoor dining is desired. This features a large table that can easily cater to eight guests. A leather sofa and four dining chairs provide the outboard and forward seating. This is a beautiful space for guests to gather together and relax after a day on the water.
The open galley is found on the starboard side and features a granite worktop with a central bar unit facing the dining table. A full-height Miele fridge/freezer is forward and concealed by timber doors. Other appliances include a trash compactor, a Miele combination microwave/oven and grill and a four-burner Miele induction electric hob. A sliding glass partition closes off the aft galley to the main salon sofa area.
SERENITE welcomes eight guests in four well-appointed cabins. The full-beam master stateroom features a large double bed with drawers beneath. There is a sofa to the starboard side and a dressing table with a chair to the portside. Guests will have plenty of storage for clothing and valuables in the two cedar-lined wardrobes with a built-in safe. The large hull windows give plenty of light to the cabin and a sense of spaciousness. The yacht's additional accommodations include a forward stateroom with a large double bed with storage beneath, a vanity table with a chair and a large wardrobe with a built-in safe. The large deck hatch offers light and ventilation above the bed and is protected by a fitted blind. The starboard cabin features a walkaround double bed with storage drawers beneath and the portside cabin has two single berths with drawers below. The timberwork in all guest cabins is Satin Oak with contrasting dark timber blinds and leather detailing around the beds and desktops.
SERENITE's exterior styling is simple, elegant and unmistakably Princess. The aft deck is reached by cockpit steps from both port and starboard sides. These steps are protected by a small door for safety while underway. The cockpit space is generous, and a folding leaf teak table is surrounded by a U-shaped sofa and two folding teak cockpit chairs. A molded staircase with teak steps leads from the cockpit to the flybridge. The area is spacious and fully teak-decked. A large U-shaped sofa and folding leaf teak table offer comfortable seating for guests to gather alfresco. It is completely shaded and protected by the solid GRP hardtop. There is a large sunpad with storage, perfect for laying out on a clear day. When the Jet Ski is launched, there is plenty of additional deck area that can be used for occasional chairs and sunbathing. A small wet bar area to the portside features a top-loading coolbox and electric BBQ.
The yacht's foredeck is accessed by both side decks and has a forward-facing upholstered bench seat. A sizeable recessed sunpad is located forward of this seat and opens up to reveal a large storage area. This is a lovely space for guests to relax under the sun or stars with the cruising grounds as a backdrop.
