Ferretti Yachts 690 results from the usual collaboration between Studio Zuccon International Project, Ferretti Group Engineering, the team of engineers and architects of the Group, and AYT&D (Advanced Yacht Technology & Design), the research center of the Group. This model was first presented at the Cannes Boat Show in 2012 and features sleek and sporty external lines, with a continuous window from stern to bow, which is higher in correspondence of the gunwale. The hull features open-view windows in the owner cabin and other windows in the guest and VIP cabins to the bow. The external profile is enhanced by a flybridge with an elongated tail and a new generation roll bar. Ferretti Yachts 690, 21 meters long and more than 5.5 meters wide, is available with two different layouts, with three or four cabins. The main deck stands out for the rational distribution of spaces. The two options for the lower deck have a different position of the stairs, a lobby, guest cabins and bathrooms amidships. The full-beam owner cabin is more functional and spacious. Bathroom with separated shower and walk-in wardrobe behind the bed, increasing the distance between the owner cabin and the engine room, also separated from the crew cabin and from the fuel tank. The flybridge is highly innovative. The yacht is equipped with two new generation MAN 8V, 1000 mhp engines on the standard version, 1200 mhp as an option. These compact engines allow reducing the volumes in the engine room, leaving space for an optional second genset.
