The 2006 56 Viking REEL SOUTHERN can easily be boarded from her swim platform or straight into the cockpit. Once on board you cannot help but feel her wide 18'2" beam. This beam allows for the cockpit to easily accommodate a fishing team or party crowd. The centerpiece of the cockpit is perhaps the coolest and most ingenious rocket launcher I have ever seen. The 7 rod launcher, when not being used for fishing has a custom slide out MAGMA propane grill for dockside or underway barbecues.

The second bunk is elevated fore and aft over storage cabinets. Just fwd of the elevated bunk is a cedar lined hanging locker. This stateroom has inside access to a head that also doubles as a day head with hallway access. The stackable washer dryer is housed inside the head adding to stateroom volume.
