Accommodations
Enter from cockpit through double opening doors. Looking forward along starboard side is Entertainment center which includes: 32" Hi-definition plasma TV (lifts out of cabinetry), audiovideo stereo system, and two freestanding reclining chairs. Along port side is wet bar with U-Line refrigerator, granite counter, teak raised panel storage cabinets, and custom teak liquor cabinet. Galley is on port side forward and features granite countertops, fullsize GE Profile refrigerator, Stainless Advantum convection microwave, trash compactor. From galley it's just three steps up to the pilothouse which features a day-head to starboard and Setee with table and built in bookshelf to port. Enter exit to side decks through sliding doors; up to flybridge through sliding hatch & doors. Console is enormous with flush mounted electronics, a chart table on the starboard side with ample chart storage in large drawers. Stidd helm seat with custom leather upholstery. Starboard cabin features one twin bunk with the second bunk being a hidden rollaway bunk above, deep spacious hanging locker, an vanity with mirror and bookshelves on forward bulkhead. Port stateroom has twin berths, with additional hidden upper rollaway berth , closet, mirror and drawers surrounding a desk/vanity. Forward of starboard stateroom is guest head including sink, vanity with granite top, mirror, one piece fiberglass stall shower with Grohe thermostatic controlled faucet and curved glass shower stall door, Asko 220v washer w/separate dryer in companionway. Master stateroom is forward; queen sized custom Handcraft mattress island berth with hydraulic lift to access storage, two full sized hanging lockers, drawer storage, book shelves one overhead hatch and 26" HD LCD TV with a custom teak surround. Master head complete with sink, granite topped vanity, mirror, Headhunter head system, and one piece fiberglass stall shower with Grohe thermostatic controlled faucet.

Other features include teak/holly soles throughout, Main Salon; tinted windows, mini blinds, cushions, and linens. Interior is all professionally done with high quality fabrics and carpet throughout. Features Hi-gloss fiddles throughout. Custom Sea-gull water filters installed at each cold water spigot in heads.

The Fleming is an elegantly styled pilothouse motoryacht with a semi-displacement hull that has proved to be easily driven as well as extremely comfortable and sea-kindly. The shape of entry at the bow rolls the water away for the hull, and its height and flare keep heavy water off the deck at all speeds.
