This Fleming 65 has the conventional layout with the 3 cabins all on the lower deck which you access from the main saloon / galley pantry area. This allows for the  the pilot house to be kept separate to aid with night navigation which also benefits from a day head situated within the pilot house. Throughout the accommodation, the head lining panels, LED down lighters and LED strip lights were replaced during the refit.

Flybridge

The flybridge is assessable from both the Pilot House and from the aft deck vis a ladder.  To port forward is the upper helm position with an array of navigation equipment. Opposite to starboard is the custom built lounger with adjustable back support. Aft to starboard is the main L-Shaped seating to starboard with table for comfortable dinning opposite which is additional seating to port. Moving aft is access to the large boat deck with deck crane and tender storage

Main Deck

With access to the yacht from either walkway or an aft entrance across the swim platform, you can moor the yacht side to or stern to, with just a small step. The advantage of the Fleming unlike most other yachts, is that you can walk all the way around the yacht, whilst still being safe with bulwarks and railings. With an aft control station, stern to docking could not be easier. There is a full set of engines controls and thruster controls with a great view of the starboard side and the aft deck.

Engine Room & Lazarette

Access hatches on the aft deck lead to the Lazarette, the main one being just before the salon entrance. The lazarette affords space for storage of water toys, spare parts etc.. The engine room is accessed through its own door from within the lazarette.  With a well thought out layout of main engines, generator, equipment and systems the Engineroom offers easy access for maintenance.
