"Sleepover" is the cleanest and maintained Hatteras 75 Cockpit Motor Yacht on the market as she has been cared for with the same captain for the past 13 years with great owner history during her life. 

Entering her from the port or starboard pilothouse doors you enetr the helm area, then going aft you enter the galley which is open to the salon to entertain with friends and family with the conveniences of home style appliances like a full size refrigerator, oven and 4 burner stove which includes a dishwasher and a trash compactor. To starboard across from the galley is a settee that some call a country kitchen style on a yacht. 

The galley is a U Shaped and professionally laid out for the ease of food preparation and cooking. The appliances are all top of the line with a prop sink and disposal. There is an abundance of over and under counter cabinetry and stoarge in the galley.

The Salon is just aft of the galley which offers a full beam salon with an opening from the galley which creates a salon of a yacht much larger in size and very livable. In the salon is a large sofa and occasional chairs with viewing of the large 42" TV to starboard. The salon offers large windows on both sides that affords ample natural light for the room.

From the salon and going aft are large aft bulkhead glass windows with a double stainless steel glass sliding door to create a very open feeling to the aft deck. Being a sportdeck she offer a large aft deck with a teak aft deck table and surrounding chairs to have a alfresco dinning experience. 

From the salon through a private staircase going to the lower deck you enter the master foyer with double door entry into a private full beam master with a large king size bed and drawers port and starboard for ample clothes storage. The walk in master closet will fill her needs and his.

The master ensuite head is full beam and his and hers port and starboard separated by a shower with elegant stone work, she was recently upgraded to just a shower in lieu of a step across jacuzzi tub arrangement. 

The VIP is amidship and down a few steps from the lower foyer and aft and mid ship of the yacht with an ensuite head.

The second and forward VIP also has it ensuite head that also doubles as a day head for the entire yacht.

The fourth stateroom is located to port and offers two berths that are upper and lower with its own ensuite head and shower stall.

The full width salon features tasteful furnishings including a large sofa with ample storage to port with a designer coffee table. Two new wicker occasional chairs with are located across to starboard along with the entertainment center enclosed in cabinetry. Forward to port features dining table with six new chairs. 

New LED lights have been installed throughout.

Across from the galley is a comfortable country kitchen seating area covered in premium grade leather.

Aft in the main salon a large sliding doors leads to a large covered aft deck which includes a custom gloss teak table and several chairs. 

Going down a set of stairs from the aft deck is the large swim platform and access to a large stoarge compartments  Lazerette storage area under the aft deck with an Eskimo Ice machine and a watermaker.
