"Empress" has received constant attention to her systems and mechanicals, but also in terms of cosmetics and aesthetics. It is doubtful you'd find a better boat in terms of condition and attention to detail, by this owner.

Exterior

                 The boat was completely stripped and repainted in the spring of 2017.

                 2024 - 75 percent of the hull was repainted

                 2024 - Flybridge Floor nonskid was refinished.

                 2023 - Flybridge paint touch up. 

                 2024 - Cockpit deck nonskid was refinished, under side of hatches were 

                            repainted. 

                 2025 - Cockpit repainted and none-skid on top of gunnels were 

                             refinished. Rub rail removed polished and reinstalled. 

                 2023 - Install custom fabricated swim platform with boarding ladder.

Flybridge Enclosure 

        The Flybridge Enclosure was completely replaced in the spring of 2023, using premium acrylic. 

Bottom

             2024 - Bottom completely soda blasted, inspected, repaired and faired as needed. 

                         Five (5) coats of interprotech 2000E, one red tracer coat and two 

                         coats of black Micron CSC bottom paint. 

Interior

                Completely new interior installed in April 2019

                All new carpet: 2019 

                The interior was completely removed, all new walls were fabricated in  

                light gray whisper-wall panels. Including all three heads. 

                Head liner replaced as needed throughout the boat.

                All new Opus Wood Panel flooring installed in all three heads and      

                galley.

                New carpet runner installer throughout the entire interior.

                Galley sink faucet replaced, all head faucets were replaced or fully 

                serviced.

HVAC SYSTEM 

                All A/C units have been replaced in the last seven (7) years.

                 1. Salon 30,000 BTU unit and air hander was replaced 2018. A/C unit, 

                      air handler, line-sets and duct work were all replaced. 

                 2. Forward state room unit and air handler were replaced in 2024.

   3. Master Stateroom 16,000 BTU unit and air handler unit were replaced in 20018.

   4. Bunk State room 16,000    BTU unit and air handler was replaced in 2018.

    5. 2023 - Remove and replace all water-cooling hoses. 

    6. Spring 2025 All a/c units were serviced.

Fresh Water System

   2024 - Install all new freshwater hoses - Headhunter 1" Banzai potable water suction/pressure hose. 

   2024 - Install new Headhunter Puffer Accumulator tank.

   2023 - Install new custom Torrid 30-gal stainless steel hot water heater.  

               Fabricate new custom mounting system for water heater. 

   2025 - Install new Headhunter Mach Five (5) Water Pump

Vacuum Flush Toilet System

      2024 - Remove all vacuum flush toilets from boat, rebuild complete vacuum flush system for all three (3) heads. 

2025 - Oil changes completed

           New Water Pump impellers and inner Seals replaced. 

2023 - Port side heat exchanger was removed, disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt.

2023 - Starboard side heat exchanger was inspected and flush. 

2020 - 3000-hour Service: Including Aftercoolers removed, inspected, 

pressure tested and reinstalled.  Valve adjusted.  

Sea Water Strainers

2024 Remove all sea strainers from the boat, glass beaded, clear coated, replace all seals and reinstall.

ZF Transmission

    2023

1. Inspect and repair minor leaks on both transmissions.
2. Inspect and replace port and starboard transmission cooling hoses. Remove Transmission cool hose.
3. Replace ¾" elbows (Stainless Steel) 
4. Inspect and lubricate all linkage. 
5. Transmission coolers cleaned and flushed. 
6. Replace cooler plate gasket and rear plate seals.
7. Drain and replace transmission fluid.
8. Install new transmission hoses.
