Tahoe is a nice boat that has been a popular member of the charter fleet at Anacortes Yacht Charters for the last few years, and she is a boat that the company would be happy to continue to represent and manage as a charter boat. Charter in the Pacific Northwest is seasonal and does not result in excessive use but will generate a revenue stream to help offset typical ownership expenses. If a buyer were to keep her in the charter fleet, Moorage would be available . Given that moorage for a 60" slip is very hard to come by in the area this is a definite bonus to a charter / buyer owner. 

We would be happy to provide a Proforma and discuss the charter operation structure. The Yacht is operated a moderate amount and must be well maintained. You can rest assured that the boat has not been sitting in the slip unused causing the kind of problems that can result from inactivity.
