When I first toured ALDONZA in Croatia in 2019, I was immediately impressed by how spacious and comfortable she was. After spending time exploring the mechanical spaces and talking to the crew, I realized I had encountered something special. The yacht was in excellent mechanical condition, and the crew spoke highly of her. The captain, who had been with ALDONZA for seven years along with most of the crew, took great pride in maintaining the boat, and it showed. Despite having just completed a busy season with back-to-back guests, the boat was in top shape, both visually and mechanically.

After Croatia, ALDONZA traveled to Mallorca, where I visited her again. This time, she was on the hard undergoing her Lloyd's special survey, a full hull paint job, and a long list of improvements. Due to the pandemic, I couldn't get back onboard until after the 2021 Monaco Boat Show. When I saw her again in Mallorca, she was in great condition, just as she had been before, despite another busy season. The owners are now selling this beautiful yacht only because their family has grown and they need a larger vessel to accommodate their expanding needs.

The name "ALDONZA" is taken from Dulcinea, the beloved of Don Quixote in Cervantes' Don Quixote, reflecting the romantic vision behind the yacht's creation.
