Flybridge

• Spa fully repainted and sealed.
• New Perspex around Flybridge.
• New Compass.
• New tap at sink and new door latches.
• New non-skid around outer edges.
• New teak steps to spa.
• Life rafts serviced.
• Entertaining area table, benches, and BBQ top painted.
• New large umbrella poles.

Bridge deck

• Bulwark, deck heads, and house painted.
• New non-skid paint on folding Heli gates.
• New Perspex above the outdoor entertaining area.
• New door latches and outdoor lights.
• All doors and windows corked and Sikaflex.

Main deck

• New Anchor pole and light.
• Anchor winches serviced, inspected and painted.
• New Anchor shackles, swivels, length markers painted and bitter end replaced.
• Anchor chain well, treated and painted. Protective rubber mat fitted.
• Anchor wash/fire/bilge pump inspected and serviced.
• Ropes locker treated and painted.
• Fuel locker treated and painted.
• Teak repairs and corking.
• 2 new steel shore power boxes constructed for aft deck.
• New drainage system, drains stripped back, treated and painted.
• Freshly painted super structure including deck head and bulwarks.

Transom

• New underwater lights.
• New passerelle door painted, fitted and aligned.
• Faired, painted and antifouled.

Hull

• Mistress has a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Inspections were carried out to remove any corrosion from the hull on both the exterior and interior. Measures were also taken to prevent further corrosion in the future by improving drainage and properly treating affected areas. The entire exterior of the hull was treated and painted. A minimum of 3 coats for primer and topcoat.
• New anodes and cathodes.
• Bow thruster and propellors prop speed coated.
• Sea Victor 40 antifoul with a 2-year cover.
• Aft anchor has new shackles, length markings and antifoul due to position on water line.

Engine room and machinery

• New mixer and exhaust tubes.
• Replaced shaft bung seal.
• New sea chest valves.
• New manifold valves.
• Corrosion bilge work on the engine room, dirty oil tank, black water tank and grey water tank treated & painted.
• Serviced genset sea chest valves.
• Sea strainers removed, cleaned, and replaced anodes.
• New rebuilt water makers x 2.
• Fire pump sea chest serviced.
• Internal lazarette treated and painted.
• The water tank was cleaned and painted with hygienic paint.
• The forward crash bulkhead, the spare parts room, the coffer dam, and the forward grey water tank were treated & painted.
