"Red's Goose" was built for a very experienced yachtsman. A sound hull, which was fast and easy to sail was his criteria

for choosing the HANSE 575. He spared no expense or effort in producing what has been called by more than one HANSE salesman, "the best-looking Hanse ever". Fortissimo has been captain maintained and shows extremely well!

What makes Red's Goose so special is the high gloss varnish of the cherry interior! The look is stunning! The fabric and color scheme, which was chosen with the assistance of an interior designer, compliments the glow of the varnish to produce a stunning show house look that is overstated.

The previous owner enjoyed racing and he equipped Red's Goose with easy to adjust push button vang and backstay controls. He upgraded the standing rigging to Stainless Steel Rod Rigging, which ensures better mast control and better sail shape. The sail inventory is complete to allow Red's Goose to be raced at top performance.

She only raced three times, so the sails are in fantastic condition. There are two mainsails, one with a Dutchman System for automatic flaking, both can be used with the Lazy Bag sail cover or used with the separate lazy jack system set up for the North mainsail and its custom mainsail cover.

Description from bow towards stern:

Sail locker with extensive storage space for sails, gear and fenders.

Owner cabin with island double berth with separate head & shower stall. Beautiful lit with LED lighting and has plenty of storage space, under the berth, in hanging lockers and shelves. This mattress is upgraded to a luxury grade.

Salon & galley with U-shaped settee, and seating for many! This super spacious area is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The TV is well positioned for viewing from the entire salon, and even if working at the nav station. The performance instruments can even be shown on the TV. The salon table is lowerable via an electric motor for conversion to a berth with matching cushion upholstery.

The galley is a cook's delight! The long countertop offers plenty of room for food preparation and display. There is plenty of cold storage with two refrigerators and one freezer. There is even a spice drawer that pulls out for easy selection of your favourite spices.

The navigation area also doubles as an office afloat. There is plenty of room for charts or working on your computer. Ample storage below the desks and even a wine cooler to hold your most precious wines.

There is a "bunk cabin" with two over under bunks. This is a cozy and comfortable cabin.

The aft head is to starboard, behind the nav station. This has a separate entrance from the Salon, and also from the starboard cabin. It features a stall shower.

Two separate guest cabins port and starboard in the aft end of the boat have double berths with dedicated storage space under and above on shelves. Lit hanging lockers and storage add to the luxury feel of the cabins. These cabins are extremely large and comfortable!
