The Chatam 43 is a Category 1 ocean going sailing vessel.

This vessel has been built and equipped for high latitude sailing (NW passage, Cape Horn) but the owner can't complete his navigation retirement projects because of health condition.

Construction

Built by Alesia boatyard as their flagship model in 2011, finished in solid mahogany by a reputable marine artisan, this boat is a testament to true craftmanship. The hull is steel and the deck and infrastructure are stainless steel. The boat is virtually no maintenance.
