Description:

• Descending the companionway steps leads you straight into the spacious main saloon which is light and airy thanks to the innovative fan-shaped skylights. There is even a pop-up TV. Spirit R74 is the ideal yacht for a luxurious, elegant and fun sailing holiday in the Mediterranean.
• Spirit R74 has accommodation for eight guests across four cabins.
• Her layout includes a crew cabin in the bow with access from on deck.
• Descending the companionway steps, you enter a spacious saloon filled with light from the sweeping overhead fan lights in the coachroof. Within her beautifully hand-crafted wooden interior is a large U-shaped sofa to port with a dining table for six guests.
• To starboard, there are two armchairs and coffee table, creating a warm and social environment for relaxing with friends and family.
• The navigation area and chart table aft of the armchairs leads through to the aft cabin, comprising two large single berths and en-suite heads. All heads have electric freshwater flushing toilets with holding tanks.
• Forward of the saloon to port is the well-equipped, open plan galley with the central unit housing the main engine facilitating easy access. To starboard, there is a twin bunk cabin with en-suite heads.
• Forward of the mast is the owner's stateroom with large double berth on the centreline, flanked by seating. En-suite heads to port at the aft end.
• Forward of the owner's stateroom bulkhead is a crew cabin accessed from on deck, with two bunks and en-suite heads.

• On deck, she has a Southern Spars carbon rig and a carbon Park Avenue boom with nitronic rod rigging and Lewmar electric winches.
