Kell+hull frames+deck beams+longitudinal stringers multilayers 'wood to wood' laminated with Lloyd certificated Epoxy Adhesive.

Hull coating .

Four layers of wood to wood laminated with epoxy adhesive.

Plus two layers laminated with epoxy 400gr/mt2 bi-directional plain vave E-Glass fabric covering. Above the waterline,three layers of laminated 300gr/mt2 E-glass fabric covering up to steel balast surface.All surfaces covered with prime coat " Epoxy barrier coat "

Hull surface Epoxy lightweigth filler coated.

Paints : Two coat Two Pack Epoxy Aluminium flake pigment paints + six coats Two Pack PU Paints high concantrated

Large size alluminium flake pigmented paints. Finishing with four coats two pack PU clear coat with max.UV protection.

All iner parts and material coated with Epoxy Barrier coating ( white colour)Bulkheads,room deviders built as fire resistant by rock wool seperation B60 .Engine room bulkheads are made of fire proof certified A60 seperation material.All cabins and the engine room are insulated by sound resistant material.Vibration proof dunnaging are used in all electrical and other working pumps ,equipment on board.

Deck Construction .

Multilayers laminated plywood plus two layers laminated 400 gr/mt2 E-glass fabric covering.

All deck surfaces "Teak wood " covered with epoxy adhesive bonding.Without screws.

Deck house , inner decks are made of same contruction material and finishing.
