YACHT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The yacht management system is built on a customizable and modular approach allowing onboard subsystems to be managed individually yet without compromising the elegance and comfort characterizing an integrated system. Designed with flexibility and new technology in mind, the yacht management system constitutes a networked multiuser environment giving owners and guests access to onboard entertainment, internet and other information anywhere, anytime. In addition, owners and crew members have access to operation and navigation information as well as relevant documentation. The following subsystems are integrated into the yacht management system:

MONITORING & CONTROL

?Data collected from engines, generators, pumps, tanks and other onboard sensors and equipment is presented together with alarm information. Using the built-in speech engine, alarms are read aloud as they emerge. Main engine, generators, all pumps, air condition, navigational lights, fuel system, blackwater treatment plant, water makers and power management system are all controlled from the yacht management system. A customizable database keeps track of the precise extent and type of the attached equipment combined with alarm limits and information.

ENTERTAINMENT A

centralized media server provides a permanent store for music and movies. Thereby different media are easily served to any computer in the network. To enjoy any type of media just select it from the play list and of you go. Picture and sound fill your screen and your surround speakers. Available DVD-movies, surveillance cameras, CD-music, digital satellite television and radio channels are organized in play lists making finding and playing any type of media extremely simple. Play lists are managed centrally and stored along with the media on the media server. When serving movies and other media, guests can independently select any movie or media at any time. It is no longer necessary to watch the same movie at the same time or different movies at different times.?

ACCOMODATION

?All interior panels and joinery made from the finest American cherry wood. All wood surfaces are finished with 6-10 coats of varnish to the interior design specifications by Francois Zuretti with only the best Italian fabrics and the finest Italian marble crafted by highly skilled Danish and other European craftsman

Cabin with queen size bed, drawers below bed, bedside cabinets each side, desk with drawers, love seat sofa to starboard, full height hanging wardrobes port and starboard. Ensuite his and her bathroom with shared shower.

Wheelhouse?

To port, a fully upholstered corner sofa with a coffee table, to starboard aft, the fully enclosed GMDSS radio station and in front of the wheelhouse are the navigation computers nicely integrated in the wheelhouse console while stairway forward leads to the lower saloon.

*Lower Saloon:

Lounge area to starboard with fully upholstered sofa and loveseat and a coffee table. To port is the dining area with seating for up to eight people, and to port and starboard are generous storage cabinets and lockers.? A comfortable L shape sofa and coffee table maintains while watch in TV.

*Galley

? To starboard on the aft forward bulkhead are full height walk in refrigerator and freezer. To starboard on the aft bulkhead is an electric oven and stove, microwave oven with grill, icemaker and trash compactor. The entire galley is built in stainless steel and the counter top has two integral sinks. Under the counter top is the dishwasher. Galley floor by Pirelli rubber.

Laundry

The laundry is located in the crew mess and includes one Siemens Washer and one Siemens Dryers plus an ironing facility and a sink. Crew Mess? Mess table with bench seating. Full monitoring and control of the alarm and electrical system. Companionway ladder leads to foredeck via glazed hatch. Captain?s Cabin? Double bed with drawers under and mirror fronted hanging locker. A desk and ensuite shower and head Crew Cabins? Port and starboard cabins with upper and lower bunks, drawers under lower berth, full height hanging locker. Crew cabins share a common shower and head.
