PLUMBING AND VENTILATION

Fresh water system
Watermaker Schenker Smart 100 Digital modular, 24VDC with a capacity of 100L/h, 2400L/day. The watermaker is provided with dual pre-filters and fresh water flush.
City water connection, installed on aft deck.
Fresh water outlets on deck, one outlet in the forepeak and one outlet in the cockpit.
Water boiler, Quooker PRO3-VAQ, 1600 W, 230 V, installed in galley.

Climate control
Air conditioning chilled water system designed for Mediterranean conditions.
Variable capacity chiller, Climma DC35 RC, optimizes the running efficiency and reduces fluctuations in electrical load as well as in flow temperature. Fancoils designed to run at low speed, located in: owner's cabin, fwd guest cabin, saloon (2), port aft cabin and in stbd aft cabin.
Power connection 230V, 50/60Hz, 1ph, 5,3kW.
Total cooling capacity 35000BTU/h (10,0kW) or heating 38500BTU/h (11,2kW) in reversed cycle.
Eberspacher Hydronic diesel heater working together with the air conditioning system for heating the yacht. Diesel heater and heat exchanger to be installed in the lazarette.

Refrigeration systems
Stacked fridge 115L and freezer 90L with shelves in galley aft with visible fronts in stainless steel and wooden sides. Locker above. Lower unit can be used as freezer alternatively fridge. Both units to be upgraded with digital displays and thermostats.

ELECTRICAL

AC-system
Inverter/charger upgraded to work in conjunction with the larger generator option.
Shore inlet upgraded to 50A, instead of standard 32A to increase available power.
DC-system
Service battery upgrade to a Lithium-Ion Victron Smart LiFePO4 Battery 25,6V 800Ah/3,3h instead of std 24V 460Ah/20h AGM. Included in the installation is also a Victron BMV 712 Smart battery monitor.
Note from comparison point of view lithium vs AGM, the std AGM battery is 24V 400Ah/5h rating.
Preparation for solar panels, consisting of 2x10mm2 cable from dc main switch area to port cockpit area. 

Engine and generator DC
Installation of a Whisper Power M-GV15 Piccolo 230V
12kW 2800rpm generator instead of M-GV12 PICCOLO 9.6kW 230V 3600rpm. In conjunction with Inverter/charger upgrade.

Domestic appliances
Electrical stove, Induction 3-burner, GN Espace Ocean chef 3, 230V, instead of standard Force 10 Ipg. The user needs to manage the electrical loads manually.
Installation of a small form factor dishwasher, Miele GSCVi SL Active, 230V 2,1kW 50Hz.
Washer/Dryer LG 7 kg washing capacity, 4 kg drying capacity, drum volume 421 230V, 50 Hz, 2.3 kW. The unit is installed in a locker in the 4th cabin, door opening to saloon.
Microwave

Lights
Cockpit deck lighting, consisting of two white Cantalupi Micro lights facing aft cockpit floor mounted underside of the pedestals, and two side mounted indirect courtesy lights in fwd cockpit.
The courtesy lights are white Foresti & Suardi Andromeda 5721.C.3200, IP67.
Lights are on-off controlled from a button in cockpit.

ELECTRONICS
Sailing instruments
B&G H5000 20/20 HV displays, 3 pcs. Carbon fibre instrument bracket included.
Upgrade of standard B&G Triton sailing instrument system to B&G H5000 Hydra Package, including B&G H5000 CPU Hydra, WS730 wind sensor, two Graphic Displays installed on deck, close to each pedestal.

Navigation systems
B&G Zeus3S 12 inch multifunction displays, one on each pedestal in cockpit, connected to B&G Triton system or optional B&G H5000 system.
Larger pedestal tops included.
B&G Zeus3S 16 inch multifunction display at the saloon electrical locker, mounted on a black acrylic background, connected to B&G Triton system or optional B&G H5000 system. System includes PowerPlex remote monitoring via web interface presented in the B&G Zeus display.

Monitoring includes:
- monitoring of Alarm list (water in fuel, fire alarm, engine exhaust temp & bow thruster down [Sleipner SRV170 retract bow thruster]
- tank levels with alarms, fresh water and fuel
- service battery voltage, current and state of charge with alarm levels
- start and thruster battery voltages with alarm levels
- 230 VAC shore or generator voltage, current, frequency and power.

B&G HALO24 compact 24-inch dome radar antenna integrated with the B&G Zeus2 navigation system. Including radar bracket.
Class B AIS (SOTDMA) transponder, B&G V3100 including GPS and VHF antenna splitter, B&G NSPL-500. System connected to standard AC-Marine CX4 VHF antenna on mast top. AIS GPS antenna is positioned on pushpit.

Communication systems
Yachtspot Internet 4G & WiFi system. Searches for 4G networks or public WiFi "hot-spots" and broadcasts them into the yachts indoor wireless local area network (WLAN). System includes Yachtspot 4G+WiFi GX terminal, network switch, wireless access point and LAN outlet at the navigation station. 4G/WiFi antenna is positioned on mast, bracket included.
Intellian C700 satellite telephone system with wireless DECT phone at the navigation station. Including antenna mount on mast.

Entertainment systems
Marine stereo system Fusion MS-RA770 (Apple Airplay/Bluetooth) and ceiling speakers B&W CCM-362 one pair in saloon. Connected to B&G NMEA2000 bus which allows control from MFDs.
Cockpit speakers one pair, Fusion XS-F65CWB, connected to saloon stereo unit.

Autopilot systems
