 "Pied a Mer" is currently dry-docked in Traverse City, Michigan.  A survey can be started in the winter and the final sea trial to ensure the functionality of the engine, air con units and any items to complete the survey can be done in the Spring.  Broker will hold back adequate funds after a closing on behalf of the buyer to ensure all systems are functional.  Contact the broker for a PDF outlining the process of buying a boat when it's dry docked in the winter.
