This complex tooling and production method rids the yacht of space-robbing heavy wooden framing commonly seen. Replaced by composite sandwiches similar to high performance aircraft, racing yachts and race cars, the technique allows far greater interior volume while producing a much stronger and lower maintenance yacht.
