Major Services Performed

Over $37,000 spent on engine overhaul

Remove port and STBD drive and engine.  Transfer to JLH shop, disassemble.  Sandblast all applicable surfaces, clean all surfaces, prep and paint sandblasted areas, reassemble.  Replace valve covers, coils, dipsticks, coupler assembler, motor mounts, fuel filters, oil and filters, raw water pump impellers and housings, starters, plug wires, hydraulic steering cylinder, gaskets and o-rings, steering hoses, all plumbing etc.  

 Install and connect bother motors, align and install outdrives.  Clean, prep and repaint underside of hatch Replace gen set battery.  Lube gen set carb (get running)  Diagnose and replace bad bow thruster motor.  Replace broken AC pump, repair silent choice.  Repair cabinet in cabin  Replace both leaking shift cable bellows  10/12/23
