Descriptions

Vessel Walkthrough and Accommodations

This Californian is a beautiful, very clean motor yacht that comfortably accommodates six persons in three staterooms with three heads.

Boarding, you'll enter the enclosed aft deck through secure wing doors. The aft deck is air conditioned, features a convenient wet bar with ice maker and refrigerator, and has new Bali double cellular window shades and recently updated carpet. The aft deck is fully furnished with wicker furniture and a beautiful Teak Hi-Lo table.

The Cockpit is aft and includes two dunnage boxes, a door to the Owner's Stateroom, a transom door to the swim platform, and four fishing rod holders.

Moving forward and walking up to the Flybridge, there's ample seating for six and nice updated carpet, beneath a large bimini top and full enclosure. (Which is currently braced mode for winter snow fyi).

Descending to the Salon, you'll be very impressed with the tasteful decor and very clean condition throughout. The Salon features a large L-Shaped sofa, media center with stereo and a large flat screen television, VHF radio and intercom.

The Galley and Dinette are "down"; the Dinette is large and U-Shaped with ample room for six diners. The table has been updated to Corian. The Galley features Corian counters, a full-sized refrigerator, three burner electric range, updated Sharp microwave/convection oven and coffee maker.

The Forward Stateroom has a centerline queen sized berth, a lighted vanity with mirror, and a private, en-suite head with updated VacuFlush commode and a stall shower.

The Engine Room is beneath the salon and is accessed through the staircase in the Galley. The Engine Room is very clean and bright with excellent access to both main engines, generator, batteries, potable water system, and sanitation system. There is a convenient oil change system plumbed to both engines and the generator. The Engine Room is protected by an automatic fire suppression system.

Aft of the Salon is a passageway to the two aft staterooms. The Crew's Quarters is amidships on the starboard side. It is currently in use as a convenient walk-in closet and storage room. It will easily resume duty as a stateroom or office; it features a sofa that slides out to become a double berth, a bureau, and a laundry center carefully enclosed in a closet. The Crew's Head/Day Head is adjacent to starboard and features a stall shower and Raritan Crown electric commode.

Farther aft is the Owner's Stateroom...truly a large, beautiful suite! This full-width stateroom features a large walkaround bed, a lighted vanity, flat screen television, a door to the cockpit, and an en-suite private head with VacuFlush commode and large stall shower.
